The Quibids marketing team relies heavily on email to communicate with their customer base but creating promotional and triggered messages on QuiBids’ legacy ESP was extremely resource-intensive, as it required the team to reference a vast number of different product and customer databases.

Cordial created an automated stream of welcome emails which promoted purchase in those critical moments following a first-time registration and developed a series of adaptive email templates which automatically displayed relevant product information based on past user preferences and behavior.

As a result Quibids was able to scale personalized messaging for their customer base resulting in increased open and click rates. They were also able to create a series of browse abandonment emails that drove 12 percent of users back to the site resulting in $250,000 of additional revenue.
