He has 25 years of experience in building high-performing teams across Professional Services, Implementations, Customer Support and Customer Success, implementing CRM, messaging, loyalty and commerce solutions across multiple verticals. He brings a focus on efficient operations and a passion for frictionless client engagement and technology integrations to a relentless pursuit to "make it easy". John lives north of Boston with his wife, 2 teenage boys and their goldendoodle, Lucky. When he's not watching his boys tear up the football field, John and his family enjoy tennis, swimming, boating and skiing.
