We build technology to help brands send a better message.

Cordial empowers marketing teams to create personal relationships with every customer. Our vision is to build technology for teams to communicate cordially—delivering messages that are personal, relevant, and intelligent.

Why Cordial?

We chose the name Cordial for a number of reasons. Cordial was first inspired by a popular children’s movie where the nanny magically creates three personalized flavors of medicine from the same bottle—strawberry, lime cordial, and rum punch. But we quickly realized this would become the pillar for our culture, too. Our team operates with a degree of kindness, authenticity, respect, and accountability that you’d learn to expect from a company called Cordial.

We’re just getting started

Our founders set out in 2014 to build Cordial to be both marketer-friendly and technologically future-proof. Our team, now 80 strong across the US and Europe, continues to build upon that framework to empower teams of all sizes to communicate cordially.
