Cordial Edge™ AI impact

Early adopters of Cordial Edge, our bespoke AI technology purpose-built for retail brands, have seen significant benefits: 

  • Tillys drove a 48% increase in purchases and a 38% boost in revenue through Cordial Edge AI-powered product recommendations, showcasing the transformative impact of personalized strategies.
  • Edible Arrangements experienced a 118% revenue lift by A/B testing dynamically generated Cordial Edge product recommendations against static sets, demonstrating the power of tailored customer experiences.
  • SNIPES achieved a 3.2X increase in revenue during a recent campaign using Send Time Optimization, which also delivered significant spikes in orders and revenue on weekend sends.

Enterprise client partnerships

Cordial continued to attract industry-leading brands in 2024, including: 

  • PacSun successfully migrated their complex messaging program in just 38 days—less than half the industry standard—while seamlessly transitioning over 100 automations
  • Realtor.com® selected Cordial to power their highly personalized marketing campaigns, leveraging our platform’s real-time data capabilities

Executive leadership expansion

2024 saw significant growth in our executive team with three strategic hires:

  • Jay Li as Chief Financial Officer, bringing expertise in scaling operations and driving financial strategy
  • Chelsea Williams as VP of People and Culture, fostering our award-winning culture and talent development
  • Julien Sauvage as Chief Marketing Officer, leading our go-to-market vision for AI-powered solutions

Cordial also launched a strategic advisory board. This collection of industry leaders from PacSun, eBay, Gap, Solo, Minted, and more advises Cordial executives on how best to capitalize on growth opportunities and tackle emerging challenges.

Team culture and celebration

As a remote-first company, we prioritize meaningful connections:

  • January –  Team Kick Off in San Diego celebrated our “Go For Launch” theme, setting goals for the year ahead
  • March – Celebrated International Women’s Day with an inspiring panel of industry leaders
  • September – Team Recharge brought 100+ Cordialites together for collaboration and connection (and a side of relaxation)
  • November – Celebrated our 10th birthday with custom-designed commemorative t-shirts, marking a decade of fostering meaningful connections
